yeah but a lot of people thought they were black and red, they are actually olive green and crimson. More orange-ish.

been getting blisters when I use my 9 High. Both for bball and casually. Didn't get blisters though when I used my EMs.
My question is, should I size up in the Elite lows? Don't have a pair yet and I'm looking into getting a pair. Do the lows fit tighter in the toe area?

It depends on your foot. It depends who you ask.
I wear a 14 in all the kobe 9s, and I've found that the Elite Highs and Lows are about the same except in volume. The toebox on the High feels taller and roomier. Elite lows feel snug throughout the shoe, especially past the midfoot.

If I had to choose, I would go 0.5 up to be safe and just tie the laces tight. There will be some heel slippage regardless of the size. Better to feel comfortable immediately than to hope it breaks in and go through pain to get there.
If you can replace/modify the insole, then you can go TTS.

A great way to find out also would be to swap out a broken in kobe 9 insert. I swapped my em insert with my elite low insert then tried it on. It gave me a good idea how they would feel. Obviously it wasn't exact because the upper was still stiff on the elite lows but it gave me a good idea.
