OFFICIAL 2013 FANTASY FOOTBALL TALK

Chief, I had a hard enough time finding one I wanted to keep around. She says FF has to go, that **** is getting punted.

Gotta find the one who doesn't care if you do it  I had to cut a movie short last weekend to draft, no sweat off her back.

My wife is the "commissioner" in her family league.

*meaning I do all the work.

She likes to play, but she just drives me nuts all year. She wanted to DROP Chris Johnson like the last two years. Damn near divorced her. :smh:

This whole thing made me laugh

I swear if I drop Carson Palmer to pick up Kenny Stills, and Tom Brady proceeds to get hurt and miss time...........

Had the 5th pick in a 12-teamer league, standard scoring. How'd I do?

Colin Kaepernick (SF - QB)
Joe Flacco (Bal - QB)

Marshawn Lynch (Sea - RB)
Maurice Jones-Drew (Jac - RB)
Shane Vereen (NE - RB)
Knowshon Moreno (Den - RB)

Larry Fitzgerald (Ari - WR)
Marques Colston (NO - WR)
Mike Wallace (Mia - WR)
Chris Givens (StL - WR)
Brandon LaFell (Car - WR)

Kyle Rudolph (Min - TE)
Antonio Gates (SD - TE)

Garrett Hartley (NO - K)

Cincinnati (Cin - DEF)

Anyone here use CBS?
Its the only one I've never used. I might join a public league to test it out though. Out of the ones I've tried Yahoo stands alone at the top of the mountain and the NFL.com version is the worst by far which is disgraceful.

brady will be productive. i don't see him dropping THAT far. as soon as rodgers and brees go, the run on QBs will start. i wouldn't hope for him to fall that far. but definitely not in the first two rounds.

unless you're me...i'd take him first round without thinking twice :pimp:
He dropped that far in my league and my league is very competitive. There are a lot better (safer) seeming options this year : manning, Bree's, Rogers, Romo, and even Luck (to name a few). Pats are supposed to use their backs more this year so who knows what's gonna happen.

No way. RG3 is not going to run as much this year. Manning is projected #2 QB by many this year with RG3 barely top 10 (I do PPR and use fantasyguru.com)

I thought the same thing but I also know rgIII can be stubborn...which is why I was asking, FantasyGuru is great too! Good look.

Did a draft last night and one thing I realized is that the depth of backs is horrible. After the second round there were only flex option backs, no one you would want as a starter.

Yeah true. I ended up with Ingram as my third back which was the best value in the middle rounds for a back I thought

Three QBs who should I move:

RG3
Rivers
Cam Newton

Could use someone for the flex.

LOL, is that even a question? In regards to your Flex, if you can play a (decent) QB in a flex, you do it 100% of the time. Better averages, more consistent scoring, etc.

And you your case, you have 2 top 10ish QB's play them both, every damn week.

I found the top scorers from last year based on the scoring system.

Randall Cobb had 952 receiving yards and scored 8 touchdowns

Jamal Charles rushed for 1502 yards caught 236 and scored 6 touchdowns.

Randall Cobb had more overall points than him,

Hell Adrian Peterson had more yards and 8 more touchdowns than Calvin Johnson but Calvin only had 5 less overall points. Its just a heavily slanted league toward WR scoring.
cobbs return yardage also counts in a ppr, im sure thats why he had so many points

Reggie Wayne outscored Al Morris

He had 300 less yards and 8 less touchdowns but more points.
