You people do know we are all the homo sapiens race right? So someone who is racist hates all homo sapiens. We are all biologically 99.999% the same so hating someone based on the tint of their skin is just ignorant. And people who are "racist" are just clueless. Now when this girl graduates and gets some job in corporate america and one day is in a position to conduct interviews and make hiring decions....
But it's just us holding us back right? We need to quit blaming white folks for our problems and accept responsibility for our status in society right? I'd imagine those 50-60 year old white guys making those decisions currently are even worse, just not stupid enough to post their opinions online.
When I first started dating my ex, her sister told her I was gonna screw her over. Mind you me and her sister had never met nor spoke, nor had any familiarity whatsoever. I said, your sister may not be a racist (since she dated a black guy herself before, a sillyputty type black guy, not a ninjahood type black guy
) but if one day she is in a position to make hiring decisions and a black guy walks in the room, is she gonna assume he's gonna screw the company over before even saying two words to him? I saw the lightbulb go off, she got it.
