I did. Certain outlets will let you and some won't. I've called at least 10 different outlets today and yesterday and only the Chandler, AZ, Livermore, CA, and Ontario, CA let me get the 30% phone orders. But I only copped the Volt Revis from Livermore for $65 shipped

Grand Prairie Outlet TX

TORO 4's 139.99. Had about a total of 16 pairs sitting behind the counter. I did not check sizes, but there was a nice size spread. They had the original box, so I don't think they are B grades.

Also I was in these outlets this week, and saw no Jordans or "steals", just generic outlet shoes like the pictures posted in this thread
