Why the hell is Napear RAVING about this trade exception 

We are still 3 mil from hitting the hard cap 

 and from reading up on that, there is no way around the hard cap.

So we are stuck with where we are and can't use that trade exception till we unload and get further under the hard cap

But I'm saying, we are $3 mil away from the hard cap, so until we unload our trash PFs and their awful contracts the trade exception is absolutely useless 

Unless we are content with settling for S+T for Udoh/Davis/Henson or whatever.
