We just don't know. I honestly feel if it were the other way around he might get a pass. Jameis was accused of something far worse and he has been embraced, while Manziel has been caught out with a few females with their consent, and was at a camp and was drunk the night before so he woke up late, and half off the sports world is against him. Think about it.This really stands out to me because although i don't think Manziel is doing Horrible things he just needs some shaping up... had this been a black QB i think things would be much more blown out of proportion
Rape is a serious issue. However, thanks to some of the female gender today it's hard for me to believe every rape story I hear. Especially after the Brian Banks situation and other cases involving athletes. It's kind of strange how a few are diminishing the severity of rape. Not to be cynical but for those I guess you think partying is worse than rape ... Wonder what you do on your weekends for fun

You don't know that for sure. Those cases happen a hell of a lot less than actual rapes that go unreported or unprosecuted.

Same could be said for you saying this
Thank you. In my post I said "it's hard for me to believe every rape story I hear". Doesn't mean that all of them aren't true, doesn't mean that all of them are. It's just that in this day and age, unfortunately, you really don't know who to believe which hurts the victims of actual rape and ruins the lives of the innocent accused rapists.thats the point tho. both are saying something that cant TRULY be proven.

Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman spent some time musing today on the fallout from the Percy Harvin trade, which has seen Harvin painted as a moody malcontent. Citing an anonymous Seahawks player, Freeman reports that a big reason Harvin was traded was his continued animosity toward quarterback Russell Wilson, which was dividing the locker room into pro- and anti-Wilson camps.
There is also an element of race that needs to be discussed. My feeling on this—and it's backed up by several interviews with Seahawks players—is that some of the black players think Wilson isn't black enough.
