alright guys spreadsheet is pretty much the crowd thats going to come through. if you have an aisle seat request let me know, but ill only make the accommodation if you have bad knees / claustrophobic or something like that. if not, seats will be random, but your ticket (not seat) will be asigned to you so i dont give your ticket away. if you need your tickets emailed to you let me know.

otherwise this is the check in procedure:

I will be at the stadium probably around 6pm, with the list and tickets.
Just let me know your name, you get your tickets, then go inside. please dont be offfended if i dont know who you are a lot fo you ive met only once, drunk. :lol:
We'll most likely have 3-4 rows so i dont care where you sit, the assigned ticket is just to stay organized.

I will post seating assignments on the spreadsheet once i buy the tickets (July 5th-6th )

ill update the first post and spreadsheet with everything as the date approaches.
 
it is NOW officially too late to join. i can still add tickets , but to be honest its a headache trying to keep all the groups together that want to be together expecially with the split seats. our final total headcount is 45 people.

i think this is the biggest summit ever bros.

Oh , I just wanted to add seating chart Is not final. With the late adds , might move some people around a bit. But I will try to keep everyone in the same area.

Finalized seating chart with be out July 15th .

After this I'll start emailing the tickets for those that would prefer to have them emailed :smile:

I wish all you can drink alcoholic beverages were included in the right field seats.

Random fans would be wasted though, throwing hot dogs and nachos at the opposing teams players lmao
 
Ticket list and map have been posted. I think I did a good job considering we had a huge split. Our group is huge tho!!!
Can't wait to see you guys there.
