POWER THREAD (Sun., Starz)

Is it me or did the white red head chick who Ghost threw the party for seemed like she wanted the D at one point?

I was waiting for Tommy to give Angie the headshot.

Ghost made a 180 and is back to being a drug dealer first.

His relationship with Angie is done...gives Tasha all the leverage.

I thought so too...but figured she might just be playing that flirty role to get the deal done at the best rates for her clients...

Just finished watching the season finale. I don't think Ghost is gonna be done with Angie until Tommy tells him what Angie does for a living. Also Holly was outta line for what she said to Ghost. Talking about "we're partners". You think she's gonna be loyal to them if she ever gets caught by the feds?

Yea i was wondering how far Tasha and ghost went way back with the way tommy been talking bout them riding like they use too.

Considering Tasha just had her 30th bday party and ghost being like almost 40 didn't realize how far apart age wise they were.

So if Tasha was the rebound after Angie left him that would've meant Tasha was only 12 because ghost and Angie kept saying it been 18 years ago since they last saw eachother.

How you know ghost is almost 40... Maybe ghost knew Tasha around the way as a youngin and just kept an eye out until she was legal... But at the same time if that's the case how could she not know Angie if they all from the same area... They're showing more history with Angie and ghost playing into their love for each other.

left a lot open for next season

i dont think the snitch died either

the hitwoman was lookin right in that dress too

if ghost had a silencer why doesnt tommy? he should just shot cuz right as he went to open the door

Nomar is definitely dead, y'all. Not a trick. No slight of hand. Fond farewell to @ActorVinicius who I'd love to work with again. #AskPower

Also, we're going to meet Tommy's mother in SE02.

All of GHOST dreams went down the drain in one nite...Now he can get his focus back on why he was able to buy the club anyway & thats the streets...When dude finds out ANGIE'S a FED he gonna flip...The streets gonna keep pulling GHOST back cause its who he is...

question:
@CKAgbohOfficial now that Truth is closed will Ghost lose his original ambition? Hate to see him turn 1dimensionsal #AskPower

Response from Creator:
@TonyaPendleton NO!!! He will do everything he can to get his dream back online. And that means EVERYTHING. #AskPower

Looks like he's always going to have that door open trying into the legit world.

Y'all are over thinking this. Angie skipped town, ghost curled up in a ball for a while, got over it, got with a trill *** young ratchet and never spoke of the wench that broke his heart.

When Angie pulled up ghosts record and license on her computer it said ghost was born 4-5-74

Good catch. Damn 10 years apart... Ghost definitely picked Tasha up on the rebound the son alone (from their kids) has to be like 13 or 14 so she got knocked up and ghost just kept her around I guess

Fif still owes that hitter money and still has the element of surprise over them two.

Nope, read my last paragraph above.

I meant as far as him getting out of prison. Only Sean and the hitter knows at this point that he's out already. But I do agree that Ghost knows it's fiddy pulling the strings since he's the only one left to suspect.

I laughed at this show in the beginning thinking it needed serious work on acting and scriptwriting. It still does, but there's definitely a lot of potential for season 2.

One thing I pray is that 50 gets less creative control over this show . Dude is acting, songs on the score, song is the intro, his products are on screen, soon this show will be called Get Rich or Die Trying :smh:

I really hope they get even better writers for next season, and sent Tommy and a few others to some quick acting lessons during the break.

Ghost needs to go into beast mode next season, on some Marlo mastermind level, especially since he's about to hit a drought with Lobos. He's supposed to be the brains of the operation and so smart and tactical, yet he keeps making reckless decisions.

I doubt Holly is dead, I wished she was. But it's smarter to let her live, and be a wedge in Ghost and Tommy's relationship and then let her get killed .

For a professional hitter, I'm very surprised Pink Shoes didn't get her target.

This man, I think the last 4 episodes ended with his songs. Also seeing Ghost with the sync headphones :smh:

And Pink shoes only successful target so far was Ghost's first courier from the first ep, and Anibal
The 2nd courier escaped with a messed up face, the male courier got away hiding behind some pillars, Ruiz lived from lots of stab wounds, missed Ghost and ended up hitting Holly. The only thing going for her, anonymity, is now gone since Ghost saw her face and could pull up her photos from cameras inside the club.

The acting and writing on this show sometimes is :x but imma sucker for drug dealing shows so ill keep watching.

That female hitter is either not as good as advertised or has a purpose with all of this sloppiness. My man Rolla ain't even deserve to go out like that. Glad Holly got hit, that broad ain't worth the diamond earrings that she stole, nice butt though.

Feel like 50 ain't going to die easily and will find a way to slide himself into some power. Ghost seems like he going to be more ruthless than ever however, I expect a war between them eventually. Also expect 50 ho *** son to get got like he deserves.

Also cheers to dude who said these guys don't know how to act around the P, ain't never seen this much foolishness over the box, not even in HS. :smh:

Y'all gotta remember in like the first or second episode when Tommy shows Sean his car he said something like "yeah me and Ghost used to get so much *** in this car".

My guess is Ghost went through a few years of running through broads and Tasha was supposed to be just another jumpoff but when she stashed that gun Ghost just said you know what, she the ride or die so I'm a just nut up inside her. She loyal, plus she'll be a constant ***** supply so I don't got to worry about chasing *** while I'm out in these streets.

Also the timelines in this show seems confused. They made it seem like Angie left when they were still teens, yet if her and Ghost are 40 that means she left when they were 22. Is Angie even supposed to be 40 years old? She seems like she's 35. And if Ghost and Tommy are 40 does that make 50 like 48 years old or something?

They really need to tighten up the writing and get these timelines straight cause when you start to ask questions it don't add up.

Forgot to mention after he shot Rolla he took a swig. Looks like he's about to go all in.

Curious to see where things go with Ghost+Tommy. Ghost was on some "you the man now" **** when he was ready to open his club in Miami.

Now with **** all ****** up with Truth, he's probably going to be front and center again.

Angie did her sister dirty. :smh:

Also, what the hell type of pose was that Nomar took for that picture :x? Creepy mofo :smh:. Son posed like he was at the power rangers cast reunion only he had on cheap clothes with his **** hanging out.

I wonder what's the story with ghost and not drinking...
I'm thinkin probly as simple as he gets too wild when he drinks or couldn't put the bottle down for a while...plus you know how Ghost wants to be calm n in control at all times so not drinking would help that

angie's sister is daya's mom from orange is the new black

Show as a lot of potential. So much unanswered, I don't want to get ahead but I think this has the potential to be the next Breaking Bad if the writers handle it properly IMO. So much story for next season after that finale!! They can give this show a good 4-5 season run.
