Nike employee uniform

I have a question about the Nike employee's uniforms. I understand that when you first start off they give you 2 shirts, 2 shorts, and a pair of shoes. When I go in to the Nike outlet I always see them wearing the same shirts, i'm wondering if the employees are supplied those shirts or do they have to pay for them? Thank you
