Hey guys,

I just bought a pair of Nike Lunar FlyKnit +2 and really love them!

I went on my first run today with them for 10 miles and by the end of the run, the skin at where my achilles tendons are were hurting a lot! The skin on the left foot was red and the skin on the right foot was actually bleeding because the shoes.

I know these fit my fine in terms of size as I have a lot of running shoes and I get about the same amount of toe space in these. However I have never had this problem with my shoes before.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience with these shoes and could share their experience/comment/advice with me?

Thanks

you try wearing socks that cover the achilles area? sometimes, the shoe needs to break in and will conform to the shape of your foot better.

You're going to have to buy running socks that cover your achilles.  I had the same problem and thought they would break in, they won't.
