Wanted to see if anyone has any advice for me on a job interview with At&t. It's for a sales job in a store. Any help or advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

All about customer service and add ons. Those accessories are a main thing they want you to sell

Just know what your talking about and sell to the customers like they need it. I work for art customer service and it easy.

Is it for an Authoized retailer or a Corporate Store? I work for a Cor store. Been there for about a year now, just keep it cool, doesnt hurt to refresh yourself on the newest devices and products on the market such as phones, bluetooth, and accessories. Really mention that you like the Digital Life ( att new home security, something they are pushing hard!!) tell them that your very flexible with shifts. If you get hired say goodbye to weekend, everything is on senority, so be prepared to close and work all weekends.

Sweet good looking out. Yea it's a corporate store. I figured I'd brush up on the specs of the newest phones coming out soon but I'll definitely learn about that Digital Life too.

I worked at Verizon a few years ago and had a friend who worked at AT&T. Interviews were very similar. A bunch of "Name a time when...."/customer service related questions. Like someone said above kiss your weekends goodbye and prepare to work an unbalanced schedule. Money was great especially that commission check at the end of the month but working every weekend wasn't cool. Good luck.
