I posted this in the TB3 thread:
Anybody else having a problem with the FTL, CHMPS, FTA apps saving all 3 stores you select for pickup? My apps are only saving 1 store. I select 3 and save like normal but when I back in to check my reservation it only has the first store I selected saved. WTF?!!

For some of the people having issues with your apps. Are your phones updates up to date? As well as your apps up to date? I know they just did an app update. Might want to check in your settings... just a thought

I have the same issue with the 3 yeezys. Went into a FTL and none of the workers knew what to do. They just said, it's because its still beta in my area.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted etc and still the same.

just noticed i have the same exact issue.

Yes I have android. Yes my phone and the app is updated, still the same issue. :smh:

Hey, I am having the same issue as you guys it appears.

When I went to do my in-store check-in for the FTL app, it only showed one of my 3 selected stores.

I did the whole re-edit thing to add all 3 stores back on, no luck. Deleted the data from the app, logged back into the app and tried to re-edit my reservation AGAIN, no luck. The whole reinstall/install deal and re-editing the reservation ONCE AGAIN, no luck.

It's the same deal with my Champs app as well (even though my local Champs store has no access to the company server, so they couldn't give me the check-in code nor do they have a Bluetooth beacon active for their store FFS)

Its not just the FTL app, its FNL, champs, they all have the same issue.

You select 3 stores and your size. Then when you review the stores, it only shows 1

It was working perfectly before the update. Now I just select the closest store since it probably won't work til they fix it in the next update. Android here as well. I was gonna download the app in my ipad but reviews are saying the same thing.

idk how this thing works, I tried it on a whim, setup everything and my countdown has started with a 3 minute head start. How in the hell do I know if I won a pair? Do they let me know when the countdown is done? I already got my pair of TB 3's so I'm just practicing this for future reference.

Yes. After the countdown ends it will tell you if you've won your size and at which store. Then you have a few hours to confirm if you want the shoes or not.

Yes. After the countdown ends it will tell you if you've won your size and at which store. Then you have a few hours to confirm if you want the shoes or not.

First time poster, long time lover of JB and kicks in general. I used the app to try and reserve a pair of the TB 3's and surprisingly got a W with the first time use. IMO this makes it much better than having to wait in line, try to get a "fair" raffle ticket, deal with shady backdoor Ftl Fta or Champs employees, or paying above retail price on a resellers page. I'm sticking with this app for all future purchases. I'm not saying ima pick up that W all the time but I got a reservation on a pair I've been waiting a year on now.

Welcome and don't forget to get the snkrs and nike+ app in case you haven't already. I hit on the nike+ reserve and was able to purchase on tuesday. The other apps you mentioned I struck out today.

Well regarding the one store saving after choosing three stores, it might be a glitch because I was able to hit on the TB3's on a store that wasn't listed as a saved store. So I guess all three stores were really saved.

I can confirm this as well, the store I won my pairs on wasn't the one "shown" on my app.........BUT I did select this store when I first made the reservation.

Hopefully FTL can fix this glitch on all 3 apps soon, but it is good to know that they still have a handy database that keeps track of it for us even if we can't see it.

I was having the problem with the app only showing one store. I guess it shows all 3 after the time to edit is up but this has me baffled:

Just updated the app and they've fixed it to where all three saved stores are now showing up. Regarding the saved four stores, that has happened to me before. Hey, four stores is better than three! Haha

I saw something that said 6 pm on weekdays and 3 pm on Saturdays. Why don't they just give people until the store close to pick them?

Yea it's 6pm Monday - Friday, 3pm Saturday and Sunday.

It would make sense to let you pick up until the store closes, but I guess they want to get rid of the shoes as quick as possible.

it makes sense for em to have a time limit cause anything past sunday cats are already moving on and prepping for that weeks drop

I said it already but I'm not a fan of the 3pm sat time tho cause sometimes I work on saturdays and work earlier than when the stores open

but you should be able to talk to them and let them know you're still coming to get them even if it's past the cut off time

shoe palace had a cut off time of 2pm today for the top 3s which is ridiculous knowing damn well it's a school day and work day for most

luckily I got off early today but that won't happen every time
