Will have to hope insane defense from a very good defensive club (Beltran would be the only bad fielder, since Headley means A-Rod has to DH), and ridiculous bullpen numbers can get us to 80 wins.

I like this trade. Young innings eater who is better than his surface numbers indicated last season. If his strand rate goes back to what it was in 2013 he'll have a better year.

I guess they're going to be turning to Refsnyder sooner rather than later.

Basically moved some older guys for some young new talent. Don't love the trade but it could be good if two of these players pan out.

Agree with colleague @KenDavidoff about #Yankees now perhaps pursuing Asdrubal Cabrera for 2b, SS insurance. NYY asked about Cabrera often when he as with #Indians. He is SH, which they love to add to Beltran, Headley, Teix.
