the cabin is where caspere was killed or the missing girl??

So I think it was Ani's partner who found an address linked with the missing girl... which overlapped with one of the locations on Caspere's GPS... which turned out to be right next to that cabin with the chair and blood-stains?  Likely where they tortured Caspere.  Basically, 2 seemingly unrelated cases are actually related.

As for Mr. & Mrs. Velcoro... clearly she had no idea what Frank did to Ray.  All she knew was that Ray (possibly) killed the supposed rapist and it has since been eating away at Ray... making him incredibly hard to live with, violent, an alcoholic, etc.  What she did may have been cold, but Ray's got a lot of issues... too much for her & her son.

Can you further elaborate what you meant by 'everything wrong with women these days.'?

Ray went to a bully's house and assaulted his father. Fighting his son's battles is pathetic. Terrible way to teach kids to man up.

Plus Ray is very aggressive and vulgar to his son, has no morals, corrupt as hell, bitter and a drunk

So with all that, the ex-wife wants full custody which is probably the best for her son especially after finding out about the rapist. Add to that she was loyal by going straight to Ray when the State was questioning her. She could have easily told them everything she knew.

IMO her character embodies a strong woman especially having to deal with someone like Ray. That death stare she gave him during the mediation was :smokin

Ok maybe I went a bit far with that

But all Ray really wants is to be in that kids life. Everything he does is for that kid and she wants to take that away from him :smh:
Thats messed up regardless of how crazy he tends to be

Best episode so far..I have a feeling they are going to get better from hear on out

Starting to pick up now

Picking up when there are three episodes is not really a good thing to be honest

Although the last episode was pretty solid, the episodes prior were so bland.

I hope this season ends on a good note.

I think its the writing.

'It's like blue balls in your heart.':x :x :x

I legit cringed at that line.

Line was pretty awful, but a lot of has to do with delivery of the script. Vaughn is not really build for that kind of thing imo.

vv would do better as a psychopath type mobster who just doesn't care than as the thoughtful stressed-out character he's supposed to play.

Thx for the link..I just thought fukunaga was already filming something else(which he is) and didn't think whatever was going on was too serious

the first EPs weren't that great..but I def gotta give props that I'm still scratching my head like what the **** is going on..I usually don't have trouble following a movie or a show..but this is a well-crafted puzzle

I guess the style of the show is so new to me and never really seen anything like it..also like how it's 100% filmed in 35mm

The only sub-par episode was the first one, but once I saw the ending, it was perfect. The setup was perfect.

Season is greatness.

Man, I didn't know about the beef between the writer and director. I can definitely tell a difference in the quality of writing. Smh.

Caught up with last Sunday's episode and I am just as lost with many of you. Three episodes left and we still don't know what truly is going on? I thought Kitsch's acting when he flipped on his mom was good, but didn't seem natural.

Good directors can overcome subpar or bad writing. It doesn't necessarily work the other way around...

I binged through season 1 and now finally caught up with season 2

I believe we have seen the killer, The theme song to the show goes something along the lines of, "im among you, well disguised"

Pauls character is interesting. I dont get why people hate on him so much. His acting isnt terrible, he embodies what PTSD would look like. his mannerisms and emotionless face just reinforces what kind of things he has done in the past. The very few scenes we have seen him display some type of emotions weren't bad. funny how the coming out of the closet scene paralleled his money coming out of the closet. hes been in the field all too often, he was too calm during that shootout scene, solid character.

Solid show

Anyone else kind of confused and not really understand what is going on?

I will continue to watch anyway

Maybe the chick with the scars is who they are looking for

It's getting a bit too complex with their plotlines...

Ultimately, they want to find out who killed Caspere...

But also...
  • Velcoro with his son & wife's rapist... and now, he has to deal with Frank lying to him.
  • Frank's missing money which Caspere took... as well as his family problems w/ his wife.
  • Ani's personal issues... and how his dad plays into all of this.
  • Paul dealing with his homosexuality... and what actually happened in Afghanistan.
  • The blue diamonds.
  • The video w/ flash drive.
  • Crow man.
  • Hooker parties.
  • Dixon's role in this.
  • Chessani's role in this.
  • The missing girl.
There's a lot to keep track of!

:wow: at that episode

Bezzrides character is just too :pimp: to me. And damn at Velcoro. It must be hard for him knowing that kid dont even love him back smh. I also think his wife was cheating on him cause that rapist aint look nothing like their kid

So much more to comment on but damn these last 2 episodes are gon be great

Maaaaan, what a ******* episode. Last 10-15 minutes were intense. Moreso than figuring out who the birdman is, I think I'm more interested in finding out who the father of Ray's kid is. My left-field theory, and I have in no way connected the dots, is Semyon is the dad LOL. We need Maury.

*binaca molly
*ray's bender
*ani's knives
*nail gun
*sisco kid

Soooooo much going on, bruh

This episode was solid

Nice to see the show pick up towards the end.

-Bezzii was mollied up and still handin out fades. Foghorn Leghorn lucky he still alive.
