Long story short, Ive been dealing with this girl for a couple months now. Things are getting a little more serious .

Anyway she's still cool with her ex, no bad blood between them. Her mom is still cool with him.I don't really mind.

So a few weeks ago, he (ex) got emailed from a fraudulent account which was supposed to impersonate my email acct. There was just a "." And an extra number in it. With my name as the sender

With a photo that I only had. (Rated X)
Email said something along the lines of
" I always will have her"

She thought it was him because he was in her presence and near her phone a few days prior to the incident. She thought he was trying to get me away from her. So she cursed him out etc.

So last night he hits her up saying he got emailed again from "ME"
And again he was emailed pics that are ONLY in my phone. And no one has access to my phone.

This leads me to believe that someone has access to my phone remotely,

What can I do about this ? Because someone is clearly trying to set me up.

What kind of phone? Delete the pics from your phone/cloud.

Possible the girl is trolling you both with your phone or the pics?

Have you noticed anything weird with your data traffic or anything like that?

I have oneplus phone

Pics were never uploaded to my Dropbox.

I really don't know if it's the girl. Some of the pics emailed to him were taken only with my phone and never sent to her .

Have you ever let the girl use your phone, or left it unlocked around her?

The only way she would be able to do this is if you left the phone unlocked around her and she emailed or text the pics to herself. Probably wanted to show her ex her new hubby

She also could had put a backdoor to your phone

Basically it's the girl. Dump her she is playing to many games

If at any point she had your phone in her hands, she's a suspect.

Its someone with your first and last name, access to the photos, and knows the other guys email address.

Could very well be remote access but I'd check on the more likely scenario first. If you can check your message history through your provider, see if any MMS messages or anything were sent that you don't remember around that time. Check your email sent box. Computer access or NFC means she or someone else could easily get the pics off your phone with no need for extra work.

Stop keeping photos on your phone. Take some new ones and keep them on your laptop or other computer. Let shorty be aware of them. See if those end up in dudes email.

You are a dumbass. You never keep pictures like this Ono he phone you moron you deserve this. Poor girl could have her life ruined over this. You always back those picture up to USB just in case she break up with yo *** and delete the pics.

The USB backup sounds like sound advice money! Used to be reels of film, then video tapes, then cd's now that's the best way to keep those "special" vids!
