I see white and gold on the dress. It's clearly in the shadow of something so maybe that's why yall see different colors.
What I'm lost on is how yall see the gold part as black or blue

Unless you photoshopping the pic aint no way any illuminating light feature or exposure can make the color blue turn white

All I see is a blue dress with black accents/stripes.

That stock picture helped. But I see the black and blue finally. It seems it was just a black and blue dress take with a horrible white balance.

What you see doesn't change the fact it is a blue and black dress, as evidenced by what is actually sold online.
