I said give, then everyone talks about their needs before discussing what they can do for someone.
Thats the problem right there you and I are guilty of.

A friend of mine got a new house. Its really nice and he was excited about it.
I noticed that he didn't have any thing on his walls ( pics, photos, nothing - he's
been living there for 4 months)
So I designed him some artwork as a surprise. He was shocked and geeked like
I bought him a bigger house.

When you give with a good, sincere heart, it comes back to you ten fold.
It doesn't have to be physical. It can be extra time or effort.
You will see the the effects.
