AJ XXX (30)

These are snug but not in a bad way if you are using them for its intended purpose. Really hugs your foot and keeps it locked down. The anti-slip insole is great too. Great cushioning compared to the XX9 that I tried on. Traction seems amazing too. Gonna return them and wait for the black pair as the upper on this color will get dirty quick. Just trying them I can tell you they are on 9/10 scale. Price is fair. One negative is back of your heel will feel the hard heel cup as it has no padding below the achilles pillows.
Good to know on the fit.  Ordered TTS and they've been delivered to the door.  I felt the XX9 mid was good lengthwise but was pretty roomy at TTS for me as a narrow footer (the XX9 low fits almost perfect though).

toebox has been well explained in all the preview materials  READ

I'm asking for opinions from those who have them in hand. There is a difference in what nike says and shows compared to the actual product...

I get what the problem is and believe you should get another pair when they drop and return the worst pair.
It honestly sounds like a defective pair.

Truth be told, the price increases are driven by demand.
Bingo!

WOW!...Just got my XXXs ..vedy nice vedy nice!
Also the 30s are made in Vietnam!
No China crap materials anymore?.
Sweeeeeet! Lol

Simple economics "supply and demand" - low supply + demand = higher cost.

since the retro's are usually somewhat of a limited release, the demand for retro shoes are much higher than the new Jordan's, this all leads to a higher cost for the shoes.

But you know that the release way more units of general release retros than one colorway of a modern air jordan shoe right?
Nike does not release 300.000 pairs per colorway anymore. They rather go for 25.000 pairs per colorway but release 5 times more colorways of one model.

I don't think these will be on discount. The House of hoops stores in my area all got under 30 pairs. Niketown for 47. So pretty limited imo. I'm gonna try and get through on swoosh, if not, I got a pair on hold at Hoh. Need this color for causal wear and probably cop blacks or galaxies for the court.

The only thing I can't get over is the orange globe on the tounge. i think a blue globe would make them look nicer. Might sound silly but just my opinion

How exactly does Nike and Jordan Brand explain that the Jordan XXX costs less money than the Jordan XI 72-10, Jordan VI Maroon and Jordan IV White Cement?  If sneakers made today are using better technology and materials, wouldn't that cost more then sneakers made 20 years ago or more?

I would love to here their explanation.
leather costs more than fabric ?

So how strict is the return policy through Nike on worn shoes? In all my years buying nike shoes I've never returned a worn pair... I know it says 30 days for any reason but some restrictions apply. Not going to destroy them but I want to order another pair and test my defective pair out and see if I want to keep them before sending them back. Probably just play a few games in them and wear them casually for a few weeks. Any info would be appreciated
