-22 yrs old at a job where Im at 40k/yr
-work 6pm to 3 am, only off sat/sun...literally this shift sucks ***...barely any social circle because of hours...and I can't see my self at this job for the rest of my life, but then all these people are telling me it's hard to get a job so I should keep it
-I want to live life, party, experience stuff
-Job has made me be a FA, even though I have gf...but never meet any new girls
-have two years to finish degree
-should I keep taking classes at this downtown campus and keep my job or move to a better school and quit my job and have more free time?

continue going to school and get that degree.

then get a new job and leave that one

or if u want ask to work less hours.

Why can't you party on Sat. And Sun?

Sounds like you're burnt out from school and work. Also sounds like your girlfriend is cheating on you cause seem boring AF.

Lol this job makes you a very boring person. 6pm to 3 am is just Ludicrous! But like I'm not going to be getting payed every other week and just man I need some elderly advice from my NT fam. ..

Is it really that hard to get a job nowadays?

Don't quit your job op. You can't have a social life during the weekend? What do you do for fun?

OP are you me?

I'm in the same boat. BUT I have two jobs and school. So my Monday through Friday is just completely shot. It's work from morning to 10:30pm and the I clean on Saturday. Go get yambs Saturday night.. Wake up do homework Sunday. It is taking its toll on me. But I got bills to pay sooo.... No time to hop on my piano. No time to kick it. No time to play ps4. Barely getting school work done. :x

Early 20s are definitely the worst years. Hopefully I'll be flourishing soon doe

What is your major? And how will you support yourself?

What is your major? And how will you support yourself?

Got like a few couple k's in the bank and, supply chain management.

OP, continue to work and pursue your dreams and aspirations.

What are your goals? What do you want to be when you grow up?

To be honest just working at the place I'm at now makes me want to change careers...other than that I'm still young and don't fully know what I want yet, but I know a degree in my field will open more doors down the road then this job ever will...but I wanted to be an NBA player lol

Quit and go to the better school with more free time.

You have the rest of your life to work. Gotta enjoy your youth, my man.

Live life>

Lol man you really arent missing out on much.

An adults social life takes a huge decline after Highschool and College/Military

Unless your just a clubaholic party animal who has to be in the scene of everything nightlife wise

This.
I was making decent money out of high school and I chose to quit and pursue a social life but **** that. There wasn't any to pursue bc everyone was whack.

i worked through college but not full time like you.

first 2 years i worked about 20 hrs on the weekend
and then 24/week during my last 2

its awesome you have a job and are making that so far and if you can save and invest that then youre way ahead of the game

on the other hand i've taken 2 years off after college before starting med school because i essentially wanted to do what you wanted to do...party, social life, etc. (i dont have a gf though)

i would say see if you can work less hours or try to find a job that will give you less. dont quit this job until you have something set and you're sure its what you want

also, do not leave on a bad note at this company. let them know school comes first and always leave the option open to come back to the company after you graduate if need be
