NT, have any of you guys been arrested?  Any good stories?

I've been arrested once, but its not a good story.  It was some nonsense that's not really all that interesting.

Just curious if anyone has any stories they would be willing to share.

Nah. I should've gotten a DUI in college but the officer was parked the opposite of traffic so I made it into the dorm parking lot by time I got pulled over. Guess I didn't slur my voice enough and I showed him my school id so he just let me roll.

and at this point i have to much to lose so i'm avoiding all the stupid stuff (bar fights, DUI, etc.)
 
at an Incubus concert for being black out drunk, luckily when it was all said and done they released me to a friend and I ended up with like $400 in fines
 
Nope. Was going almost 100 on the highway once on the right lane, limit is 55. Saw the trooper parked in an accident investigation site, looked in the rear and he turned the lights on. Definitely would've been arrested most likely, but I floored it and hit the ramp a 1/4 mile down.
Was drinking a little too, but def not drunk

It was epic. Had I not reacted as quickly, he would've gotten me I'm sure. Never had so much adrenaline in me

I got arrested when I was 20 for eco-terrorism. There was this small forest near my house that I used to play in when I was a child. It was the closest thing to living out The Neverending Story that I would ever experience in the flesh. Well one day I saw that they were bulldozing the forest and gonna build houses on it. I didn't want to see this place die so I decided I was going to put up a fight. During construction I went in after hours with a backpack and few cans of Krylon and bombed some messages like F-OFF and ATREYU LIVES. It turned out there was a camera that I didn't notice and my friend's dad who was overseeing the project identified me. I was the only Mexican kid in this town. The police came to my house and arrested me Aaron Hernandez style with a white tee on and some And-1 shorts. My parents were at work so I called my dad to come get me and after he was told what I was charged he looked at me with tears in his eyes and said, "I loved that forest, too." It was such a trip.

Yea a bs resisting w/o violence charge. Minding my own dropping my homegirl off one night and this clown "pulls me over" literally right after I pull into her driveway. Says I made a rolling stop at the stop sign, but in reality he was thirsty to pull me over bc there's a drug zone right up the corner. Asks for my ID, then asks if I have any weapons I'm like no. He says step out the car & I'm like for what. Asks again so I hop out. Then he cuffs me and searches me and I'm like what are you putting me in cuffs for I didn't do a damn thing. By this time my homegirls Mother sees the lights & comes out asking questions. Clown starts power tripping & tells her to shut the **** up and go in the house. I ask him why I'm in cuffs again & this fool says **** before I take you to jail. I'm like take me to jail for what I still haven't done anything. My homegirls Mother gets on the phone to call a superior while his partner pulls up to tell him to cool down. This clown throws me in the car & drives me to the station. Then all of a sudden he gets remorseful & doesn't want to take a fellow black man to jail because I didn't learn his lesson :rolleyes Now I have a bs resisting arrest charge I gotta acknowledge on job apps for the rest of my life over an overzealous clown. Had no drugs, no weapons, was simply being black.

I have a similiar story I was on my way to work and cop pulls me over for some nonsense *** reason. I was literally getting off the off ramp to pull into my jobs parking lot. I was literally two minutes away from work. The cop writes me a ticket and before I had a chane to hand him his pen and clipboard he tells me to get out the car because he didn't like my attitude. The fool arrested me for disorderly conduct and impounded my car. I was heated because I was minding my business and on my way to work. Luckily I was able to get out if jail in and hour or 20 and I was able to make it to work. The charges were later dropped but I had to pay $500 to get my car out of impound.
 
Yeah plenty if times. I been blessed tho too, one time i ran from the cops in my truck and dude let me go. It was like a 5 min chase and dude gave me a ticket for no license and rollin a stop sign.


Couldnt have easily went down for numerous things if he would have only searched my truck
 
Never been arrested. Plan on keeping it that way unless it's for a good reason. The way things are going though, I may end up shot for "Assaulting a Police officer" :smh:
