I just want to quickly go back to yesterdays game and touch on a thought I had during the middle of the second half.

Von Miller and Demarcus Ware were practically terrorizing the NE line. Why didn't BB bring in another TE to block either side to at least slow someone down? I get that you lose a WR, but at some point you had to try something different.

I was convinced BB would've made an adjustment after halftime.

Too good looking :nerd:

He gotta hair transplant, it doesn't get any weaker than that. George Costanza wouldn't let that slide.

We always hear about Brady dominating Peyton but it really hasn't been the case in the playoffs or the last couple years. It's pretty bizarre.

Race is definitely a factor when it comes to the Cam hate. But at the same time Cam gets a ton of commercials for someone who is supposedly very hated.

I dont see eye to eye with these fans, and honestly those people are the worst and are not worth acknowledging.

For me it's the fans more than anything. Most came out of nowhere and are insufferable, whiney and super entitled. I get it, but it's ridiculous. Not even Yankee fans were that bad in their run.

It's just a vocal minority. I think most people like or are neutral toward cam. and Brady.

How many times was Rodgers called a thug in the past for the discount double check. Or JJ Watt for his clown renditions of the popular dances. It's only one demographic that's expected to be humble when they achieve success almost like they don't deserve it. Jealousy and envy are a part of the disdain but if you can sit here in 2016 after all the events of the past few years and still be in this utopia that race doesn't seep into every fabric of our society (yes even sports) then you need to make an appointment to Lens Crafters asap.

Anybody have the details about why cam signed with under armor? They said on the telecast that Jordan and cam are good friends. I was surprised after hearing this that he isn't a Jordan brand athlete.

getting a hair transplant is weak?

People get real uncomfortable when you start bringing up race, even in the most obvious situations like Cam  :smh:
Exactly.

People expect others to sweap things under the rug and act like racism don't exist like they do. Everybody ain't built like that.
Try to put heat on people who "make it a race issue" or "bring race into it."

"It would make me a lot more comfortable if we could keep this undiscussed."

Nnnnopppe.

yup I see cam as the lebron of football. the way he carries himself and the way he's marketed. that's the dominant image I have of him.

the fact that he gets called a thug when really he's actually a poster boy who wins and is cocky (akin to lebron and curry) is a gross mischaracterization. which of course points to the fact that it's racist.

Don't think I've said this before on here...but I firmly believe JJ Watt didn't get much buns growing up. He gives off that aura to me. Random as hell, I know.

...

Belichick deserves to be scrutinized for plenty of things. Some I had no issues with...some I did.

And now that their season is over, we can officially say the L to his butt buddy Chip and bizarre gameplan in the regular season finale was the start of their death knell. Just plain stupid.

Y'all start talking about the double standards when it comes to having kid(s) out of wedlock?

Hell the double standards when it comes to dance moves (if what Carson Palmer did would be considered a dance move)?

Under Armour cooking right now

Steph curry. MVP
Bryce Harper. MVP.
Jordan Spieth. PGA poty

Cam newton. MVP (assumed)

on the contrary...can I pose this question?

would cam get the notoriety and appreciation he does have if he WASNT black?

ie celebrity support...more specifically from the music industry.

example - Jeezy and Future accompanying him on the sidelines before the game

I asked this question during the game yesterday but it probably got lost in the mix...does Under Armour have better athletes than Nike/Jordan brand?

maybe not but it's pretty close
