I do. Two of my coworkers are now like my boys. Granted we work in different departments even though we are under one roof but I don't find it that odd. And I worked in both corporate and even retail and I always have managed to kick it with my coworkers.
It depends. When I was in college and doing internships with other students from the same school, we would hang out and go to parties or chill around

For me it depends, I'm in the military so I try not to, but some of the people that I've worked with have been real cool and we have the same interests, so a select few I would kick it with, and the others are just people I need to associate with at work to get my job done.
