I've been staying away from sneakers a long time. Mostly because it's like signing up for the hunger games to get shoes now days. Just had a conversation about how I bought the Laney 5s for 59.99 at champs back in high school. On a Tuesday. No joke. Yeah I'm also too old. But out of all my supreme shoes I gotta say these are pretty high on the list. I'm glad it looks like people that wanted to wear them got them. Hope this trend continues.

Yeah I made sure to ignore people who had pics of them from like 3 weeks and back when looking for sizing/on feet pics. Same for YouTube On Feet vids, so many people had "100% AUTHENTIC" on their video title...but waaaaaay before release lol.
I get what you mean, but I see tons of people wearing the same shoes as me, and just complement them on it because I find it funny. Maybe it's because I wear what I like, and don't care if everyone else has them too. Some of my GRs are considered grails to me because of the sentimental value.

Reminds me of the weeks before a Yeezy release, like when you think you have a chance to cop, even tho you don't but you still believe, and then you ask your homie, "yo, that's $2000 on your feet. You're gonna wear them or sell them?" then we stay there for a good minute trynna make the decision...And still get no Yeezys come release day

Intended profit? I don't think resellers look at it like they. They will take whatever the shoe is selling for. If no one is hitting you up for $600, then you bring the price down. You continue to do that until you sell them. And to me, making $200 is better than making $0.
