MTV Video Music Award 2015

To me it looked like a playful 'I'm joking' type laugh. The whole damn show was filled with feign shock value, this is just lumped into that category.

And in reference to that Kanye searching for white acceptance reference, I swear I believe that whole heartedly. When he first got on stage, he stood there damn near 5 minutes just looking down at people. His crazy self probably wants to be seen as his own race and wants it to be the dominant force in society.

It is kinda sad how he (along with other artists) doesn't really mess with bet after they reach a certain height,even tho that's the platform that helped put them on.

Sooooo.... is there going to be a FCC fine or something for the "wardrobe malfunction" of Miley's like there was for Janet and all of the outrage that followed.

Nah, Janet boob was exposed. Mileys chest pimple is too small to be classified as a boob.

In all of my 30 years on this earth, I would've never thought i'd see a time when I would find absolutely no entertainment value in anything associated with MTV and the "talent" it showcases. That time has come. I'm really glad to see I missed nothing.

I usually have these on in the background while scrolling twitter and doing other things, but every time I flipped the channel back, it was an abomination :lol: Probably one of the worst award shows I've seen based on what I did see, but I feel like I've said this before about previous VMAs.
 
Kanye was just up there trying to find something to talk about.


The only thing that remotely had a point but then he went off topic, was how he said he didnt understand award shows.
 
at any point did he even thank anybody for choosing him for the award?

From what I saw, I enjoyed Bieber and Tori Kelly's performance. Other than that, I didn't pay attention.

I'm not old by any stretch but I've come to the realization that my generation being the "in" thing has come and gone. Literally nothing out now pop culture related makes any sense to me. These are people we used to laugh at and payed no mind. These dudes are out here worshiping them
 
Bet awards have been classic 2 years straight. Last year when they honored Charlie Wilson was top 3 award shows EVER.

VMAs seem like they've been all about the shock value. Only good performance I remember in years is Kanye premiering runaway in the all red
 
yep BET awards have been decent recently....hell MTV jacked Tori Kelly because of BET....not saying they put her on but she was well received on there and was all over media after the BET awards 

but I know everything associated with black = trash yada yada yada

The Charlie Wilson, Usher and RKelly performances :pimp: :pimp: (though RKelly should've had an extended set, way too short for the amount of material)

Yea all award shows are wack to me but at this point the BET awards is much better than MTV **** ...would be cool to see all the big stars messin with BET again ...but i already know what it is
