No 1s high og have been a mass gr; the chicagos, sbbs, unc, cyber mondays, lettermans, and metallics appeared to the same amount of pairs with varying hype and demand. If these are a mass GR it would be great but it would break the trend that has been in place since chicagos. Its unlikely these will be mass produced and then the Kentucky's and Black Toes be standard limted GR numbers

Aquamanjay_ Actually the OG Nike Air 1's have been limited since the Knicks in 2013 if I remember correctly, but like you say with varying demand, and let's not forget that other word that gets thrown out with 1's... allocation.

If these are "mass produced" it would be the first to buck the trend and I don't see that happening unfortunately. In all honesty JB couldn't care less if these are easily available. They really want you to pick up those 31's anyway as a consolation. Hence the whole "Banned" theme.

Will the 2013 BRED 1 decrease in value? Still looking for those, but prices have been hit or miss.

Was wondering the same. I think it really will depend on how the final version of these ends up looking like. Initially people were divided about the overly tumbled swoosh and the color on these. I saw a bunch of `13 pairs that were listed get taken down. Now, the pics on JBs site show really promising pictures. If they end up looking a lot like Banneds then ya `13 might take a hit (who knows how big) as people will try to liquidate those pairs for these since we know these will have better quality leather. But in the end it depends on the overall aesthetic and hence the demand. Gotta wait for more pics to come out and see if the excitement builds.

Whats the fit like on the remastered pairs? Not sure if I should size up like I did on the '13 pair or stay TTS...Thinking the better leather will mold to the foot easier...

Whether its the former or the latter, neither one of those prices is a deal for these. Really hope these release with the ease of the Retro Metallic 5's today. Like most people in this thread have said retail or bust. Either way will stay subscribed to read the aftermath, with things like "490 shipped had to do it great deal considering the market"and then somebody co-signing that foolishness.

I'm still gonna go around and enter as many raffles as I can to try and cop a 2nd-3rd pair for retail. Just hedging my bets with this preorder and I believe the $375 price I secured is about right.

The V release is in no correlation to these. Apples to oranges.... This is a 1 release, and with media/ marketing surrounding this particular colorway too!! This will not be a cake walk, guaranteed.

This..^^^.....that's why I went ahead back in early June and pulled the trigger....plus JaysforDays stated that people can ask for refunds all the way up to release time.... It is a gamble though to be sure!!

Good luck collecting those tickets. I came to the conclusion that entering raffle tickets is a waste of time. From the backdooring of pairs by crooked employees to completely wasting time and gas. I myself. . . Strictly a keyboard warrior. I get it though, your odds are better with raffles......
