NT: The People v OJ / 30 for 30: OJ

Injustice is what happened to the girl shot by the Asian.

What happened to OJ might not have been fair, but to call it injustice rings false, to me.
It is injustice if your holding on to the true Lawful definition of justice and injustice.

It appears OJ got what was coming to him based on his actions, there is no injustice in that so to speak, more like justice.
You don't get to decide what injustice is by citing a more serious situation in comparison. That's not how it works  especially by just saying it wasn't fair instead.

If a judge has a bias based on things that have nothing to do with the case they are doing an injustice. It is an obvious sign of corruption.

Inb4 you bail and tell me to keep cooking  Just save it with any reply.

I usually am against the whole Police planting blood theory

But one thing that got me was that they admitted to taking OJ's sample to a lab and then bringing it back to the crime scene

For what?!?!?

There is no reason you can justify doing that right?

So to me that makes all the blood evidence suspect

The only reason I see them bringing the blood back was to plant it

If the Police would do that then anything could have been planted (Glove)

I'm so mad, I need to get ahold of myself before I combust *rolls eyes

Typical of discussions like these, you disagree when the "because he's Black" card is being used, and you get hit with the "relax" "look how mad you are" "calm down" "Uncle Tom memes"

Anyway, he got an unfair sentence, but it's because he was insensitive to the victims and admitted to getting away with it and then put his life BACK into the hands of the court, not because he was Black. That's all I have to say about that

A couple of things I have been thinking about:

1.So I don't know if I heard or saw it correctly during I believe episode 3, but didn't Furman resign or ask for a resignation because he was stressed about his level of hatred for Hispanics and Blacks? This was before the infamous "screenplay". I think there was definitely a section of LAPD that wanted to get OJ, and although it isn't likely that Furman could get away with planting the glove, I don't put it past him to try to do something to make sure the scales would tip in his and the LAPD's favor. I think he was infuriated with the fact that a Black guy was getting all this special treatment by his fellow policemen.

2. I think I brought this up during the FX series thread, but I remember a video of O.J. physically picking up his son right before Sydney's recital the day of the murders. He struggled, and he ended up placing his son back on the ground before hugging him or kissing him, or doing whatever he had intended to do. That 46 year old man was nowhere close to being in the type of physical condition needed to overpower Ron Goldman by himself. Ron supposedly had some knowledge of self defense and definitely had defensive wounds on his hands. I believe Ron was killed after Nicole. She looked to be 130 pounds soaking wet, so killing her might not have been a problem, but unless OJ was on some type of pain numbing LSD, in addition to the coke he was on, I just can't see him killing both her and Ron by himself, especially since he had no other injuries except a cut to his finger. That leads to the discussion about Jason being a suspect, or other killers.

3.One theory I have been thinking about is that after Nicole finally decided she wanted to leave OJ for good, she started getting more into the drug use, and the dating scene. With OJ thinking he still owned her, it embarrassed him. Some of his "friends" probably started reporting back to him that "his woman" was out and about and he couldn't have her out there "whoring around". It had to stop. OJ was a smart man as far as fitting in and being fake with all levels of people, but he was dumb as rocks pertaining to everything else. I think OJ put a hit on Nicole since he finally realized he could no longer control her and probably stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned. In his mind the Chicago trip was a perfect alibi, but he was too stupid to get his times straight. One other thing that has me questioning whether or not he physically killed them, is when he actually saw Nicole having sex with one of her boyfriends, he took her into the room yelled at her, and after she calmed him down, he came back out and acted like nothing had happened, shook the guys hand, told him no hard feelings and left.. I don't think he was about that life, as far as physical confrontation with guys.

4. At the end of episode 1 Nicole's friend basically said OJ raped Nicole after their very first date. He ripped her jeans... I've heard multiple people question about why Nicole stayed in the relationship for so long with all of the things she had to put up with in addition to the physical beatings. OJ was supporting the Brown family and was continuously giving her Dad things.. Nicole had said to her friend that she had on numerous occasions talked to the family about leaving him... they convinced her to stay and try to work it out.

This is what I think happened also

OJ set everything up but did't actually do the killings

You're being ridiculous because he was found NOT GUILTY so that should have had no bearings on his new case. If he were found GUILTY of anything, then he would have priors. He was deemed innocent, so whatever he did after the fact is irrelevant.

I don't feel bad at all for OJ getting his sentence. Dude thought he was untouchable and above anyone else.
I don't remember seeing anybody cry when these mafia dudes go to prison for life for "racketeering"

agreed.

hearsay is irrelevant as well." his agent said" . nah , im not buying it .

I feel oj is innocent and dude got hosed. They were just out to get him in the end.

 Ok. Suffice it to say your opinion is wrong then.

You clearly stated something that is obviously corrupt and don't think it's an injustice

Me watching the doc has NOTHING to do with OJ's sentencing for a case your saying the judge was bias. A person who never heard of OJ could speak on that.

I been team innocent my whole life

but the Bruno magli's ...

Not sure what to think :frown:

Having said that , I'm turning in a not guilty ballot the second I start seeing a blood drop appearing out of thin air .

OJ should've pulled a Michael Jackson and moved out the country after his trial. Like how MJ did after his molestation trial and lay low.

So since OJ was found not guilty, I would assume the case is still on going?

I used always hear Pac say "rip to Latasha" in his songs then when I got older and heard the specifics **** was heartbreaking.

I still think OJ paid somebody to do it while he watched. Then walked over and looked at Nicoles body. Thats why his shoe prints were there.

It blows my mind that Marcus Allen was creeping with Nicole.

Pretty much this.

I don't believe he was innocent in the murders either.

Has nothing to do with his agent, the reporter, the Book he wrote titled "if I did it", the black police officer who got ate up on the stand all saying or insinuating he did it.

It has everything to do with OJ's actions, his responses, his statements, everything.

Dude had way too many moments for someone who was innocent in all of this.

He made his bed.

What a heartless man.

Feel the same 100%

And **** Mark Furhman

I just thought about this

The glove found at Rockingham was still moist with blood. Why wasn't there more blood in the Bronco? Unless OJ was swanging with one hand.

His defense team killed that DNA dude. Dude looked so lost on the stand

There are so many unsolved murders in this country. So many. Hell, among celebs and notorious/infamous ppl alone there's a bunch of unsolved murders.

The FX series ended it nicely with the murderers has not been caught.

One thing this whole saga did well was expose the mediocrity in public service. Too much take their jobs as just a paycheck and ended up looking a ******* fool on national tv.

they break down some inconsistencies in the evidence.  they discuss the obviously planted bloody socks

and the fact that the blood found in the Bronco on the center console was in a position where it had to have been placed there once the console was removed
