Tony Stark easily.
The problems Tony have I can avoid (alcoholism). After that his life is pretty great. Just gotta worry about corporate enemies and raiders. After he cures his heart problem being Iron Man is totally his choice.
Bruce Wayne is a deeply disturbed and troubled individual. As broken as the crazy damaged villains he fights. Great to read about but I'd imagine it's horrible to be. He almost feels nothing. He's obsessed with getting rid of crime in his city. Tortured by the death of his parents and depending on when also the death of a child he employed in his crazy war on crime. I like beating ppl up and being great at **** but not that much. When he's pretending to be a playboy he's not even enjoying it. Rather be solving one of the Riddler's puzzles or tracking down Black Mask's next weapons/drugs shipments.
To me the choice is clear if you want to keep your sanity.

Of course we're gonna include Bruce's skills to make the argument even. A regular human vs the Iron Man suit is unfair. Everybody would pick the suit.

Taking my personality into consideration, despite liking Batman more, I couldn't slum it around Gotham every night going toe to toe with the dudes Bruce be battling with. The detective work and those crazy bastards would drain the f_ outta me, plus I'd still have to put up the Wayne appearances in the day.

More I think about it if I was forced to be Bruce I don't know how I'd cope.
1st day out as Bats I'm killing. Then I'm just hiring mercs to murk the criminals. There's being about that life and wanting to be about that life. Why would I want that?

He was murdered along with Tony's mom in a car crash technically in most versions.
But in any case Tony didn't see it happen so I see what you're saying there.

THIS! Batman is one of my favorite superheroes, but the DC Universe is basically a snoozefest.
Marvel on the other hand is hella poppin. Just seems like I'd be able to navigate that universe a lot
better.

Another benefit of being Bruce is the dude's who prefer privacy. Bruce is a very private person, so chances are, you'll be left alone.

- Bruce has deep-seated issues stemming from witnessing his parents' murder in front of him when he was young -- this would ruin most people, which is why Bruce is a tragic figure
- Bruce is essentially living a double life -- his real personality is actually Batman (the tortured, criminal-hating vigilante) while his playboy billionaire side is a ploy
- Bruce has a secret identity, but everyone knows Stark is IM
I'm not sure I can handle being a public target -- an enemy can just put a bullet in Stark point blank.
