Email them. It normally only takes 2-3 weeks to get approved but if you email them, they will approve it more quickly.

Same. This constant trend of people sending a best offer, you accepting, and then they just never pay or respond to your messages needs to stop. eBay needs to make it so that when a best offer is accepted the buyer's account is immediately charged.

I own a business with different locations and honestly I have. If it's been things like possession (drugs) depending on how long it's been I'll give them a shot. Obviously if it's robbery or in this guys case stealing people's financial information I stay FAR AWAY. I don't know how they didn't do their due diligence when associating themselves with this guy. SMH app is trash anyway worse yet that he's a part of it.
