I've been pondering a move to the north west, Seattle or Portland. Sick of winters here in the northeast and I don't mind rain at all.

How do people living in the northwest like it overall?

I do hear Colorado is dope as hell though. I've never been. I have family and friends that dipped out that way for the outsdoors-man type existence.

Im going in a couple weeks...i think im just g oing to go downtown and walk around..

For Poke so far my favs are FOB Poke and 45th Stop though the latter is more so sashimi with sauce on top.

As mentioned Un Bien is the goods.

OP needs to tell us where they're staying and/or if they have a car. It's annoying to get around the city, and some of these recommendations won't even be worth the hassle of a bus or worth an Uber/Lyft.

Depending on when you're going, you might be in town for the Bite of Seattle, July 21-13 or the Seattle Street Food Fair, July 15-16.

Yeah, you're pretty well set up with light rail. Takes you to the stadiums, Downtown, Cap Hill, etc. You can take the monorail to the Space Needle if you want, although it's a pretty nice walk nowadays.
