He's making alot of money at the expense of the minds of an entire generation. Real talk. He could at least be tellin these kids vote for Obama or something. Son on here talking about his lil brother askin him about sizzurp, that is sad. Who goes on stage with a styrofoam cup like advertising a drug is really cool?

There was a moment when Lil' Wayne said, "+%+% art. I'm gonna take this art and turn it into a mass produced %+@# can, because that is what sells. I, Lil' Weezy, am going to sell out." There was a thread yesterday about what would make you lose respect for a person, and that is exactly it.

That "freestyle" showed what's what. He simply couldn't muster anything good, so he just started singing. Badly.
So because dude made the best out of what music is today, we can hate on him? Because dude obviously couldnt read a book and his only means of providing for him and his folks is rapping, we can hate? You mad cuz hes dressing to the crowd? You got grown men jumping up and down for him like they were 6 again at chuck e cheeses ... And just for the record, I dont know where you live but people in college stay off that dress code these days and im pretty sure they are over 18 ...

And Jesus H Christ ... telling them to vote for Obama? Really, would that make you go buy his cd? Would that really help the children? How are kids gonna vote for obama if they arent even of age to vote? ... sex, drugs and rock and roll has sold forever and its still selling today ... what you think wayne is a pioneer at openly saying he does drugs? like hes the first one to sip something on stage or in an interview? lololol

and youre mad again because dude sold out? what he didnt keep it street enough for you? what he doesnt make songs about marcey projects and how he used to sell crack? freestyle? what did you want him to get all deep on the "educated" 106 & park crowd? LOL ... you questioning his skills now? like he hasnt put out fire mixtapes just as little as 3 months ago ... i dont even understand what people like you expect from dude ... this is his job and he has been doing it for 11 years and is more successful than most right now, id say hes doing very good for himself ...

im feeling a lot of what you're saying and its exactly the same thing i was thinking. this man wants wayne to turn into a "nas" or somethin?even tho i dont completely agree with the assesment of nas as that "concious rapper" cuz he even talk about tha same rapper ishh that every rapperdoes like glorifyin the hood and all that. guns, weed, liquor, arrogance, etc. dude make it sound like he want wayne to get on that conscious raptip.

wayne would get laughed at like nas gets laughed at by anybodywho aint grow up on his music does now. (not me tho) or how lupe gets laughed at. dude is doin everything right for the most part

Wayne is a clown. It's funny how the crowd, and thisTerrance dude got him actually thinking he is going in.

At his faceafter that internet browser line...."I stay connected like an internet browser." What does that even mean?

I agree Wayne is dumbing down his lyrics for his younger audience. Lines thatget a
indifferent.gif
reaction from me elicit a

from these younger fans. That's why Wayne's bars are90% punchlines now. His flow, delivery, and charisma are the only things keeping him from being straight trash.
