Nah that'd probably be too small, you probably need a mens 8.5 or 9 which would be women's 9.5 or 10

The only womens shoe I've personally sized for is the WoodWood.  I went up 1.5 from my true size to be on the safe side (little more room in the toe, but width was what mattered).  But according to adidas sizing it's +1.

im looking at Adidas size chart -

Mens US - Womens US - UK sizing

mens 8 = 9 womens

Flyknit Racer 8.5

NMD 8

so Womens UB would be for snug fit, no toes popping
