It was optimism. Bots took us to the cleaners on this release. Sad to say, but I think Adidas bit off more than it could chew releasing a Yeezy shoe.

I know why I failed only cause I had multiple pairs in cart smh them atc links were too on point 
if I would have just stopped trying to add I think I would have been good ,made it back from PayPal to adidas a few times and kept getting can't check out limited to 1 pair please update cart until I got OOS

Hence why YEEZUS himself didn't let me cook. And I was probably going to sell the second one not even at a rape price probably to one of the brethern who PMed first. Then I wouldn't feel so guilty paying 350 for these.

ONLY way for everyone to get a pair who wants a pair is to do a pre-order. Then they produce that exact amount. This would also weed out resellers for the most part. It's logical, but Adidas won't do it.
seriously adidas should have just done a pre order online
well i got @ a buncha times but it was A LOT to sort through
but anyway
called a few people and allegedly 25K pairs hit the web only
also they massively oversold
now before anyone asks will they cancel or eventually honor over sold pairs
i have no clue
the server got cooked on both ends the users end but on adidas end also
hence why it was long sold out but people were still gettin by here and there and even after adidas had the main page listed as sold out with people getting through
but regardless 25K was no where near enough for an online drop for america
9K vanished asap via the app and that was just NYC lol
and you know damn well all those 9K heads tried again today

yea and pairs are moving FAST they sold half their stock already
some of those pairs were priced at $1750
but due to how this went people are frustrated or just like the hell with it i want them and throw money at it to avoid the stress
sad to say but after todays "launch" going how it did the resell is probably going to increase now

the amount of sucess stories ive seen are incredibly minimal
this topic alone i feel like MAYBE 8 people got it IF that many
i see ebay pairs have jumped way up since the other day though

So this has turned out to be a limited release (that was previously thought to have enough stock for everyone who wanted a pair), handled by the worst IT department in the shoe game, promoted by a PR group made up inept employees who were apparently all away "training" during the release, and finally created by a celebrity who tweeted more about secret screenings to his fashion show than the release of his signature shoe.....Just wanted to make sure I got it all so I can thoroughly be angry at ALL the areas that ****** this release.... IMO it's been one of the worst shoe releases in recent memory
