No he isn't or he would have said that. And you saying MOST fnl won't have these also means that at least some will, which also disagrees with his statement saying very few HoH's would be ALL that get these.

Jimmyjazz will have these in a couple stores too. And online. These aren't an HoH only release, online or in store.
