You are leaving because you are a Yankee fan, and you don't have a decent argument for why baseball should be the only league that should continue to operate without a salary cap.Originally Posted by ooIRON MANoo
Man I'm leaving this thread before I starting getting angry
Please.
You don't stand a chance.
I'll spare you.
In Seattle they getting like 27,000 people at games...
Fixed
When we are in last place too.... that = Real fans
Most winning teams can't pull that many people.

Swagger?
This is what every single Yankee fan brings up when losing an argument.
26 26 26 26 26.
TBone don't want it with Iron man I'm sorry, he actually watches other teams play.
I would like to also echo all the sentiments of you guys. Logic is way more thought out, the points are very well put together and presented.Originally Posted by wildKYcat

Typical lame response from a Yankees fan. It's obvious you completely missed the point of my response. Keep spending money like it's going out of style and get used to other teams hoisting up the trophy in October while you're at home salty.
It's probably stupid, but this combo makes me so uncomfortable.
NEW YORK GIANTS
yeah i guess thats true, but still the players wouldnt have contracts as high as they have them now.Originally Posted by wildKYcat

that's not necessarily true...you just wouldn't have 3 of the 5 highest paid players on the same team.

And why are you acting like no Yankees fan... no Yankees fan on NT... was salty, mad, and whining over the bugs? Why are you even trying to insult our memories like that? Heck yeah some ofyour Yankee faithful were whining over bugs.
But I see the problem, you can never get good on a small budget.
you can get good, but never consistently...and if you did (Oakland A's of the past) you have to keep a revolving door.
It kinda sucks that I know I Only will get to watch Grady play CF through 2012...and then he's gone. No question about it. Probably to the Yankees.
Then what? Gota re develop some talent. Small market teams will have to keep developing while major market teams keep plucking.
Like I said, more power to the Yankees...but it's gota come to an end at some point.
