I agree, the complexity of Soul Calibur shets on Street Fighter. I play street fighter casually tho, i usually get bored after a few rounds.


Soul Calibur and Mortal Kombat (OG) are my picks.

1) Super Street Fighter II Turbo
2) Tekken 4 (Steve Fox made his debut)
3) SFIV
4) 3rd Strike
5) Killer Instinct/Guilty Gear or BlazBlu/Virtua Fighter (any of those 4 could fit comfortably on my list)

Didn't know there were that many MK2 players on here. That game made me love Mortal Kombat as a whole. Babalities, fatalities,friendships, plus knowinghow to juggle made MK2 a classic.

Street Fighter as a whole is the best fighting game to me. No need to explain.
