As a Dubai/Sharjah resident let me clear up some of this stuff. In the media all they talk about here is him showing up late and some fan rushing the stage. No talk of none that other stuff and believe me they would nothing more but to broadcast another American breaking the rules in Dubai. If it did happen like dude said, they more than likely punked the **** outta him and his security and made him pay a hefty fine. Akon a few years ago got into some trouble, they fined him 200,000 dollars. 5O cent performed here, said just one too many f words, bam 150,000 thousand fine.

The police here do not play and honestly the look at Biebs as that new money ********. Him racing around in a lambo is nothing new, see that **** almost every night on Sheik Zayed Road. Again they probably threatened the **** outta him and made him cash out.
