Unlike most on this forum I can admit when I'm wrong, and certain things I articulated incorrectly. I do not support people making up these stupid promposals at all. Also I am not the gatekeeper for who can and can't use the n word, but I know in my city damn near everyone uses it in the casual sense, I do not.

At the same token, if there is a song on the radio etc. that uses the word in it and I'm jamming to it I'm not the cat who's going to silence that word while singing. If I'm around people I don't know and we'll have an issue over me saying the word even in music I just won't say it there

i am not dismissing it, I've said it was stupid. But what I don't understand is in all of these instances the black person involves does not complain. That strikes me as odd. If someone were to find the most elaborate ways to insult and degrade me I would have an issue with it, not smile and hug the person who did it to me. This is what I can't understand, how is this a racist event when everyone involved is happy?
