I hope Aldon Smith doesn't even play this Sunday.  This is at least his second run in with the law regarding a DUI and he needs to be made an example out of.  Certain things in life you just don't play with, and drinking and driving is one of them.  He could have hurt himself or worse yet hurt somebody else.  Don't even care if the team suspends him for a game or 2.  Dude is talented, but if he's not on the field then he's just wasting his talent.  He needs to get his act together and get cleaned up.

Agreed on all ends. This is the 3rd or 4th incident involving him since early last year. It hurts the team, driving drunk puts lives at risk. Dude needs a serious wakeup call. I hope he gets suspended for a few games and the team does good without him to send a message to him

Aldon Smith could enter rehab as early as this week. Those close to him and team are concerned about him and are pushing for it in order for him to get help. Has already been discussed

49ers are working w Aldon on this totally independent of league punishment. There is genuine concern. It's up to Aldon to decide this week if he goes or not

Good start so far...Love what Frank Gore has been able to show so far.

Defense now needs to stop shooting themselves in the foot with those penalties.

Season going downhill fast

Basically if you play man to man coverage on our WR's, it's a wrap. Offense can't do a damn thing :stoneface:

Defense keeps shooting themselves in the foot with these stupid penalties on 3rd downs.

Injury bug keeps hitting them. Hope Willis' injury wasn't serious.

Schedule is only getting tougher too.

Two awful back to back games. They need to RUN THE DAMN BALL. Why did they abandoned the run after so much success in the first drive?
They need to clean up all those stupid penalties on defense.
