Dickssporting goods grape 5 order problem

Well I placed my order on dickssporting goods for the retro 5s and got a confirmation # at end of purchase but never was sent an email and still didnt show up in system.

I talked to them and they said that there was a major problem with the orders being dropped into system and had no further info

If this happened to anyone else please comment I know I'm not he only one because I had some friends who ordered from them had the same problem

If ou were able to speak to a manager and they had new info please comment what they said
