I finally found Carne Asada fries in the Dallas area. The place is called San Diego Taco Stand or something. There's 2 in Irving close me. There goes my Saturday cheat meal.

I discovered medium steak 3 years ago and haven't looked back. I used to be one of those Well Done people.

I also tried rare steak at Fogos a year or so ago and I just couldn't get passed the blood. So I'm team medium all day.

Carne Asada fries aren't something you can find anywhere? I thought these were common everywhere....No guac,light on the sour cream,and extra cheese for me...Some places around here put a ton of scallions on theirs also,I leave those off too.If you haven't had them you're missing out..
