It's possible to make the argument for him being better just because you have all the variables: cadence, likability, musical appeal, style, even accent.  It's all about what makes one rapper better in each person's eyes.  Everybody got their own criteria. 

But from a wordplay/schemes/strictly lyrical angle?  Not even close in that category. 

I'm from uptown so I have a bias, but FOR ME, Cam will always go way harder than Em.  Not a better rapper though.
