Yea snapseed is pretty cool, ive just gotten used to camera+. snapseed is a bit more user friendly tho imo.

I just got this for my iPhone. Super cheap ($25) and does the job. Pics come out circular but when you crop it down to a square for Instagram, it comes out full. The only thing that I hate is it's not really convenient for phones with cases and I am super anal about my iPhone getting scratched.
