Lancaster/Harrisburg PA - Where do you go for releases?

Just wondering where the best spots for releases are in the central pa region. I live in the Lancaster/Harrisburg area, and can never seem to get through online. So where do you go for releases? 

Any small shops that are easy to get?

Sneaker villa usually holds raffles for exclusives/limited release and FCFS for GR.

Yeah, I just found out about sneaker villa. I'm going to check them out for the next jordan release. I don't really like that FL doesn't take note of what size you are looking for when they raffle. I was just wondering if there was any small shops that do solely first come first serve.
