Exactly.
Speak for yourselves. Some of us are living our own dreams.

No hate though. Smart brand extension I guess.

We'll see what comes of it. Seeing how Jay just closed the 40/40 in NY, I have my reservations about the staying power of these kinds of ventures.
40/40 was never a great club though. It lasted as long as it did just thru Jay's star power....if some non-celeb made it it would've been an immediate faliure IMO

Miami as a city is winning.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is a Tier 0?

It's basically the best of the best when it comes to the types of Nike accounts you can get. Expect pretty much any and every limited release to come through the store. I'm not suprised seeing who this store is associated with...

makes sense though. have you been? i've only been to the ny one but it was weak.....doesn't even stand up to nyc spots, can't imagine it competing with the likes of tao, xs, etc.

On the heels of a stunning Game 1 victory over the Dallas Mavericks Tuesday night and on the brink of a possible first championship, NBA MVP, business mogul and fashion icon LeBron James has announced that he will launch a new, modern luxury concept store in Miami for fall 2011. The store, which will open with a mix of apparel, footwear, printed materials and lifestyle accouterments, with featured brands to include A.P.C., Original Fake and Nike Tier 0 product, will be called Unknwn.

nope, but the Lagasse sportsbook that replaced it is legit.

i just figured it would've lasted longer, even if it sucked, due to the amount of money that was invested into it.
