My brother got into a fight with a weirdo just before christmas.
Dude was in the bus being mad annoying and then followed my brother out.
My brother didn't want anything to do with dude so he pushed him away and dude threw a weak punch at him.
My broher snapped and punched him in the jaw + kicked him in the solar plexus. The crazy dude fell down and just stayed there.
The problem is that when he punched him in the jaw, he cut his hand on dude's teeth. His hand got infected and he had to stay in the hospital for 2.5 days.
He almost missed the family get together for christmas over a stupid fight with a complete loser that has nothing to lose.
So even if he did put the guy to sleep, it STILL wasn't worth it for him.
But i have to say he wasn't with his girl or nothing like that, so it would be easier to take the L and walk away being alone.

Highly doubt it. We're not about to just jump up and start going at him though. I'd say chill and pick her phone up and if dude comes over with that BS then what am I gonna do? Wait for son to punch me in my mouth? Now I'm stunned and this dude standing over me about to drop more bombs while I hope he doesn't knock me out? If the situation defuses great.

I agree with you too. I've gotten into fights when people started jumping a friend or something of that nature when after the fact I'm punching myself thinking how bad things could have ended up for me because of what I could lose. Most recently last spring. It's especially tough when you grow up in an urban environment where you are use to defending yourself. It's hard to turn that off, even when you get older.
