Getting your foot in is a bit more tight, otherwise they are TTS for me.

These definitely run TTS or a bit small fam depending on your foot. I’m a 9 and mine is a little tight but I couldn’t see myself fitting into an 8.5

I went a full size up. The shoes are very narrow in the toebox. Given that I had wide feet, when I tried on a sz 10, the shoe didn't even need to tighten at all and my toes were cramped. Purchased an 11 which gave me the comfort and width I needed yet still be able to have the laces tighten just enough to be comfortable.

It really depends on the shape of your foot.
I'll say this, I would never go down in this shoe, the shoe is 1/4" narrower/shorter than your typical shoe (which is due to the thicker than normal insole). So I would go up a half size but the shoe is really more so for casual wear so your normal size would probably be ok. I have both 11 & 11.5 and not a major difference but 11 is more snug ( I wear 11 in 80% of my shoes)

No more size 11 and they wouldn't tell me how many but they had more then 3 10.5's
They take you to the dressing room and show you the shoes and how they work
They won't do it on the floor cuz the attention the rep said
