Not sure if somebody answered already, but the constant imagery is almost worse than the actual fapping. You're pretty much desinsitizing yourself, and honestly, if you're watching flicks, you may as well so f it and go all the way :lol: (which is what normally happens). I'm not even actually in this, but I'm basically almost a month in, haven't fapped and pretty much went cold turkey on da flicks. No previewing scenes, no "hmmm, let's just see if Skin Diamond has anything new", and no bookmarking for later :lol:. Straight up poof and gone. I'll just stick with skimming the women appreciation threads, dropping a "mmmm lawd ham mercy" and keeping it movin.
 
You're fighting the good fight, brother. Just look at fapping like breaking the law, almost like theft, murder, or something of the sort. I swear I'm sensing positive changes in my life. I'm getting more bold with females and everything. When I was fapping I was all sensible and respectable, now I don't care, I do what I want.

Quickly reading some articles on moderate to heavy pron use. It's crazy really. One article said it's associated with poor physical health and isolation. And sure enough when I looked at myself I gained weight and haven't been going out as much as I used to.
 
Day 12, seems to early to be flatlining but **** don't even faze me now but I took 2 midterms this week and Shawty just bsed with the neck....**** scressfull
