What a journey. Shout out to Hill, Ryu, Kenta, Dre, Puig, Kemp, Freese, Verdugo and everybody else that got so close during this run

Also don't forget about Kyle Farmer on his first day on the job on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball on the last Sunday of July 2017. The game he made his MLB debut in extra innings and got a 2-run double in his first at-bat to win the game to sweep Giants! What made it more significant was that he beat the hated Giants.

It was the best regular season game I ever attended! It's also the best first day on the job ever over a year after Kobe Bryant's last day on the job in April 2016 when he scored 60 points.
