Go up a full size. L will fit you better.
You can track the package on EMS japan website once it tendered to customs then you can track on USPS.

Well the line was insanely long and I got in line around 11:20 am and they said all M & L are gone and everything else is slowly going. Everyone that had VIP access that got in an hour before everyone else came up on everything.
