Thanks for the Oregon brewery suggestions. Not the biggest fan of Widmer's Hef, which is the only beer from then I've tried, but I'll give their Pale a look when I get a chance.

Sam Adams Boston Ale (aka Stock Ale from way back), Anchor Steam,
Red Stripe, Sammy Smith's Ale or Oatmeal Stout, Rogue stuff is great
but almost as ridiculously priced as Sammy Smith's stuff.

My friends like imports though like Leffe, Spaten, and something
with a monk on the front of it...

what does that statement even mean?

those two beers are completely different

one is a brown ale and the other is a belgian white
